A clear schedule helps your supplier understand the project. Start with one label for each opening and keep that label consistent on your drawings.
Record the opening dimensions, quantity, room location and preferred opening style. Mark whether dimensions refer to the structural opening or the intended finished frame size.
Share your project location, building type and drawings. Note your preferred frame finish and any glass or hardware requirements.
Before ordering, review the supplier drawings against the project plans. Confirm the opening direction, panel layout, quantities, finish selections, applicable reports and delivery arrangements in writing.
