When you request a quote, ENGGIA receives the contact details, project information and links you choose to submit. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
Inquiry records are available only to authorized site administrators. If email notifications are enabled, a copy is handled by the configured email provider.
WhatsApp, YouTube and other external services have their own privacy policies. This theme does not add advertising trackers by default.

Website usage statistics
We measure page views, traffic sources and contact actions using first-party statistics. A temporary random session value stays in your browser tab and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not store raw IP addresses, full referring URLs or form contents in the statistics tables. Temporary verification hashes are removed after two days; daily totals are retained according to the site settings.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. You can also turn off usage statistics for this browser. Your inquiry can still be submitted.
Inquiry source information
When you send an inquiry, we save the submission page, the form entry point, your IP address and an approximate IP-based location alongside the details you provide. This helps our team understand your request and respond. Location lookup runs on our server without sending your IP to an external lookup service. IP-based location may reflect a proxy or network provider rather than your actual location.
